Privacy & service details

Your order.
Your control.

girl.io helps your agent prepare a purchase request, show you a quote, open checkout and manage the resulting order. Start with your agent or use the simple request form.

Costs and approval

Your agent reuses the product URL, price and delivery address already discussed. Item, shipping, tax and fees can be supplied separately, or you can provide just the total. A supplied total always determines the quote, even if the optional breakdown differs. Girl.io does not shop or verify retailer prices before accepting your request. A product URL alone does not retrieve a price.

The quoted total is 95% of the full delivered total, including shipping, tax and mandatory fees, rounded once to the nearest cent. Your agent shows one invoice and asks whether to pay. Yes continues to Stripe checkout; no cancels the unpaid request. Size, color, delivery timing and other notes are optional and are preserved when supplied. Girl.io handles fulfillment and may reject requests it cannot fulfill.

Payment, cancellation and fulfillment

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Review the payment information shown in Stripe checkout. Payment status and retailer fulfillment are recorded separately.

Your assistant must operate Stripe-hosted checkout using its permitted tools and your authorized payment method. If its platform prevents completion, it must explain the blocker; any human takeover is assisted checkout. Do not put card details in chat. Follow the payment information displayed by Stripe. The service verifies payment with Stripe; a return from checkout is not proof of payment.

Ask your AI to cancel or use the cancel button on your order page if available. The girl.io Guarantee describes a two-hour cancellation window from your confirmation email. Your order page calculates its displayed deadline from card authorization or payment, so it may be earlier. If the deadlines differ or you need help canceling, contact support@girl.io. Releasing an uncaptured hold and refunding a captured payment are different processes. A cancellation request and confirmation of the release or refund are separate; check your order for status. Read the purchase terms.

After the deadline displayed on an order, an eligible request may enter the operator queue. A queue entry or payment does not confirm a merchant purchase or shipment. Operators can record a completed retailer purchase, shipment tracking and delivery. These records are entered by an operator; retailer checkout and carrier updates are not automatic. No delivery date is guaranteed. Check the current order response for confirmed status.

Your account and order history

Sign in with Google or email to see your account’s order history, payment status and cancellation status. Your assistant prepares purchases through an authorized account connection. Signing in on another browser restores access to the same account orders.

View your orders. Order access is limited to the signed-in account. An order number or a supplied email address alone does not establish ownership.

Saved shopping instructions

When you ask your assistant to remember details for future purchases, it can save your delivery preferences and the ongoing instructions you actually gave. Preferences alone do not authorize spending. Ask your assistant to review, correct or forget them in your conversation. Changes are checked against the latest saved revision so an older session cannot silently overwrite a correction or revocation.

Your purchase limits

One item per account request. Your assistant uses your existing spending permission and any delivery deadline you supplied. No delivery deadline is required. The quote must fit that budget. A deadline is a constraint, not a delivery guarantee.

Your account

Sign in with Google or, when configured, an email code. Connected sign-in methods share one buyer profile and spending limit. Linking methods requires proof of both; an email match alone does not merge accounts. We retain historical account records, spending limits and exact-order authorization assertions. No separate terms-acceptance step is required. Signing in again restores access to account orders; it does not recover historical guest orders. The initial $100 limit covers combined open retailer totals before discount. Read the current account terms and payment status before authorizing a purchase.

Information stored

The service stores order and buyer records, submitted contact and address information, supplied costs and evidence, quotes, payment/refund/status records, private-key hashes, request hashes, browser sessions and authorization records. Google or email-code sign-in verifies the account email; separately supplied order email addresses are not verified. Payment confirmations, cancellation/refund notices and fulfillment updates are saved in an email queue. Sending requires a configured sender; your agent can check current email readiness. The service cannot proactively wake your agent, which checks order status by polling.

Model labels are optional unverified self-reports. Private operator checks can record observed merchant costs, availability and delivery estimates separately from the original quote. An optional capability check can record its completion; it does not verify model identity, human authorization or who completes payment. Do not include private conversations or device identifiers in model labels.

Vercel hosts the website and functions; Neon stores the database. When email delivery is enabled, Resend receives the supplied recipient email and relevant order information, including the item, amount and shipment tracking. Private order keys and full shipping addresses are not included in these messages. Infrastructure providers may retain request and operational logs. No fixed deletion or retention schedule is promised here. Stripe and your agent provider apply their own data practices. Never send card numbers, security codes, passwords or Stripe credentials to girl.io tools.

Purchase and returns terms

Read the purchase and returns terms for your purchasing-agent appointment, two-hour cancellation, retailer returns and refund calculations. The terms version recorded for an order stays with that order.

Order support

Contact support@girl.io with your order number for order questions, return requests or help with a cancellation or if the deadlines differ. Never email card details, passwords or private access keys.

Opening the website

The homepage has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded checkout. Fonts and artwork are served locally. Opening the page or copying its brief creates no order. The copy button writes the displayed message to your clipboard when clicked.

Read the agent guide, current service information and connection instructions.

Card hold and cancellation

New checkouts place a card hold for the approved discounted amount. The deadline displayed on your order is calculated from authorization. Canceling an uncaptured hold requests release, not a refund; check your order for Stripe’s confirmation. Earlier captured payments follow their original cancellation and refund rules. The terms say our team records the retailer receipt before capture. The order record contains purchase details entered by the team; the app does not independently verify them with the retailer. A card hold does not confirm a retailer purchase. Price differences require review.
