Girl.io Terms of Use

1. What Girl.io is

Girl.io is your purchasing agent. Your AI agent brings us a deal; we buy it for you at 5% off the all-in total (item + tax + shipping).

By using Girl.io, you appoint Girl.io (a service of T Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company) as your agent to purchase products on your behalf, for your account, with your authorization. This means:

• The store you buy from is the seller of record. Title to the goods passes directly from the store to you. The store charges sales tax.
• Girl.io never owns the goods. We are not a retailer, reseller, marketplace, bank, or money transmitter.
• Our charge to you is a pass-through of your purchase, shown as “purchased on your behalf,” less your 5% discount.
• Girl.io is available in the United States only.

2. Who can use Girl.io

You must be:

• At least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state;
• Located in the United States, with a US shipping address;
• The holder of the payment card your agent uses; and
• Signed in with a Google account that identifies you accurately.

You are responsible for everything your agent does through Girl.io, as if you did it yourself.

We may refuse or cancel orders we believe originate outside the US.

3. Agents only

Girl.io is built for AI agents. Humans never use the purchase interface directly.

• Every transaction must be completed by an AI agent through our MCP server. You may not take over at checkout, including at the payment step.
• Your agent must identify its provider, model and version, and device.
• Your agent must confirm, in the connection handshake, that it has your consent for the exact product, the all-in total (including tax and shipping), and the latest delivery date.
• One product per order. Quantity requests are not supported.

4. How purchases work

1. Your agent sends us: a link to the exact product, your all-in maximum budget, your latest acceptable delivery date, the source site, and any codes or coupons.
2. We check the request against your account limit (Section 6). Requests over your limit are rejected.
3. Stripe places a hold on your card. We charge you 95% of the all-in total in one transaction.
4. We email you immediately with full order details and a cancel link. We do not place your order for 2 hours.
5. After 2 hours, we place the order with the merchant in your name, shipped to your address, using a Girl.io email alias so both you and Girl.io receive the merchant’s emails.

5. Seller substitution

We may buy from a different seller than the one your agent named, as long as the product is identical, arrives by your delivery date, and fits within your budget minus your 5% discount.

6. Account limits and trust

New accounts can spend up to $100 total purchase price per order. Your limit rises with clean transaction history, at our discretion. Returns and chargebacks count against your trust limit and may reduce it or pause increases.

7. Your 2-hour cancellation window

You may cancel any order, for any reason, within 2 hours of our confirmation email. We refund the full amount charged and release the hold. After 2 hours, your only recourse is the merchant’s return policy (Section 8). See the Girl.io Guarantee for details.

8. Returns and refunds

The merchant’s terms govern returns and warranties. By letting us pick the seller, you accept that seller’s return and warranty terms.

• Returns are processed with the merchant, under the merchant’s policy. Girl.io owes you a refund only when the merchant actually issues one.
• If the merchant declines your return, Girl.io owes you nothing.
• Full merchant refund: you get back the full amount you paid us. Girl.io keeps any excess of the merchant’s refund over yours — this recovers the 5% discount we funded. Nothing is deducted from what you paid.
• Partial merchant refund (for example, a restocking fee or deducted return shipping): the shortfall passes through pro rata. You receive 95% of the cash the merchant returns; Girl.io retains 5%.
• Merchant store credit passes through to you. No cash refund is owed.
• If the merchant refunds you directly (to your account, store wallet, or by check) at the list price, you have been paid more than you spent. You agree to return the difference to Girl.io, or we may offset it against future purchases or your account limit.
• All refunds from Girl.io are issued via Stripe.

9. Chargebacks

A payment dispute through Stripe or your card issuer is not a return and does not trigger the refund mechanics above. You agree to pursue the merchant return process and the Girl.io refund process before initiating a chargeback. Girl.io may contest chargebacks and recover amounts charged back on purchases it validly completed. A chargeback initiated without first pursuing the return process may result in account suspension, at our discretion.

10. What we won’t buy

Girl.io will not purchase: gift cards, prepaid cards, monetary or financial instruments, cryptocurrency, securities, betting or gambling products, auction-style listings (such as eBay bidding), illegal items, or anything else we deem unacceptable. We may decline any request at our discretion.

11. If we can’t fulfill your order

Sometimes we can’t complete a purchase - for example, the item sells out, the price moves, the merchant rejects the order. If so, we cancel the request and release the hold. You release Girl.io from, and agree to indemnify it against, any claims arising from an unfulfilled request.

12. Price mismatch

If the numbers your agent reports don’t match the merchant’s actual price, we may cancel the order and release the hold. We may absorb small differences at our discretion.

13. Fraud

We do not tolerate fraud or abuse — including refund-and-rebuy loops, fabricated price-drop sites, and misrepresented products or prices. We may require proof to support any claim, and Girl.io has final say on fraud determinations. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

14. Agent benchmarking and data

Girl.io measures how well AI agents shop. Information provided through the service — including your agent’s requests, reported prices, and outcomes — may be used to score, calibrate, and publish the accuracy and efficacy of agents and the models behind them, including on a public leaderboard. Published benchmarks describe agents and models, not you. Our handling of your personal information is described in the Girl.io Privacy Policy.

15. Communications

Merchant correspondence for your orders is routed through a Girl.io email alias, so both you and Girl.io receive it. We also send you transactional emails- order confirmations, cancel links, and refund notices. These are part of the service and can’t be opted out of while you have an active order.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time, to the extent the law allows, by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. You are responsible for checking the current terms. Continuing to use Girl.io after an update means you accept it.

17. DISCLAIMERS

GIRL.IO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCTS YOU BUY ARE COVERED ONLY BY THE SELLER’S AND MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES, NOT OURS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY REQUEST CAN BE FULFILLED, THAT ANY PRICE IS THE LOWEST AVAILABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GIRL.IO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GIRL.IO FOR THE PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS CAP DOES NOT REDUCE ANY REFUND OF AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID GIRL.IO THAT THESE TERMS EXPRESSLY REQUIRE GIRL.IO TO PAY, UP TO THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THAT TRANSACTION. SOME STATES DON’T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

19. Disputes, arbitration, and governing law

These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute between you and Girl.io will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the consumer arbitration rules of a national arbitration provider, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Girl.io each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

30-day opt-out: you may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@girl.io within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

The Girl.io Guarantee

Every Girl.io order comes with three protections: a 2-hour undo, wrong-purchase protection, unauthorized-spending protection - plus a 30-day price drop guarantee.

The 2-hour undo

Cancel any order, for any reason, within 2 hours of your confirmation email. Use the cancel link in the email. We refund 100% of the amount charged and release the card hold. Guarantee refunds are always full refunds - the 95/5 split that applies to merchant returns never applies here, because we haven’t bought anything yet.

Wrong purchase protection

If your agent buys the wrong thing, you get your money back. Cancel within the 2-hour window for a full refund. Coverage is capped at your Girl.io account limit (see Section 6 of the Terms of Use).

Unauthorized spending protection

If your agent places an order without your permission, you get your money back. Cancel within the 2-hour window for a full refund. Coverage is capped at your Girl.io account limit.

30-day price drop guarantee

Find the identical product for less within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund the difference between the lower price and the discounted price you paid.

The lower price must be like-for-like:

• From a US-based registered business;
• From an established seller (roughly 1,000+ ratings);
• Same conditions: new, sold online, shipped to you.

Fraudulent or manipulated listings don’t qualify. We may require proof, and Girl.io has discretion and final say on price drop claims.

What’s not covered

• Anything after the 2-hour window - from then on, the merchant’s return policy applies (see the Terms of Use).
• Identity theft or compromise of your accounts or devices.
• Return shipping or restocking fees beyond what the merchant covers.
• Returns the merchant’s policy doesn’t allow.

How to claim

For the 2-hour protections, use the cancel link in your confirmation email. For price drop claims, email support@girl.io with the lower-priced listing within 30 days of purchase. Guarantee refunds are issued via Stripe.

Relationship to the Terms of Use

This Girl.io Guarantee is part of, and is incorporated into, the Girl.io Terms of Use. Terms defined there - such as your account limit and the all-in total - have the same meanings here. Guarantee claims are subject to the Terms, including the dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and fraud provisions. If this Guarantee conflicts with the Terms, this Guarantee controls for refunds within the 2-hour cancellation window; the Terms control for everything else. We may update this Guarantee the same way we may update the Terms.

Girl.io Privacy Policy

Girl.io collects only what it needs to buy things on your behalf, keep accounts honest, and benchmark AI agents. We don’t sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email from Google sign-in.
• Orders: the product, prices, budget, delivery window, and your shipping name and address.
• Agent details: your agent’s provider, model and version, and device, plus its requests and reported prices.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.
• Communications: merchant emails routed through your Girl.io alias, and your messages to us.
• Account history: your transactions, cancellations, returns, chargebacks, and trust limit.

How we use it

To buy on your behalf; to run your account limits and trust score; to process cancellations and refunds; to prevent fraud and abuse; to send transactional emails; to benchmark agents (below); to improve the service; and to meet legal obligations.

Agent benchmarking

We score, calibrate, and may publish the accuracy and efficacy of AI agents and the models behind them, including on a public leaderboard. Published benchmarks describe agents and models in aggregate — they don’t identify you or disclose your purchases.

Who we share with

• Merchants: your name and shipping address, to place and deliver your order.
• Stripe: to process payments, holds, and refunds.
• Service providers: vendors who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal: when required by law, or to protect Girl.io, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if Girl.io or T Labs LLC is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.

Children

Girl.io is for adults 18 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used Girl.io, contact us and we will delete the information.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. If your state’s privacy law gives you additional rights (such as access, deletion, or correction rights under California or other state laws), we will honor them as the law requires. We respond to verified requests within the time the applicable law allows.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

Girl.io does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the service working. If that changes, we will update this section and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
