Checkout places a card hold for the approved discounted amount. The deadline displayed on your order is calculated from authorization. A cancellation request and Stripe’s confirmation of hold release are separate steps. The terms say our team records the retailer receipt before capture. The order record contains purchase details entered by the team; the app does not independently verify them with the retailer. A card hold does not confirm a retailer purchase. Price differences require review.
